What data we collect
We only process data you provide yourself: through the advertising request form on our Contact page (name, email address, company name, phone number, website, and optionally a logo, photos or a video link), and, with your permission, anonymised visitor statistics through Google Analytics.
Purpose of the processing
Contact and advertising request data is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to set up your listing on visitrotterdam.com. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We never sell your data to third parties.
Retention period
Contact and advertising request details are not kept longer than necessary to handle your enquiry or maintain an active listing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. Send a request to domains@voutedigital.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
